Experience the
Taste of Andalusia
Our Breakfast – everything to kickstart your day
A traditional Andalusian breakfast comprises a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a crispy tostada – toasted bread topped with grated tomato, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt. Furthermore, we offer a wide selection of customizable choices, including various egg dishes, an assortment of breads, cheeses, and savoury cold cuts, along with delicious homemade jams and locally sourced honey. Take your pick from a range of choices such as seasonal fruits or fruit salads, freshly squeezed juices, a selection of muesli, and more to kickstart your day with delight.
Indulge in the flavours of our gourmet menu
Once a week, we offer our popular 7-course-Gourmet menu, complete with a delightful nibble.
We’ll meet-up all relaxed at our Chiringuito-Tiki Bar by the pool, enjoy a good glass of Cava or any other apéritif, chat and laugh, and then we’ll move on to a finger-licking dinner!
Our dinner menu includes appetizers, starters, a main course, and a dessert. The dishes are Spanish-Mediterranean-Style, sometimes with some Asian hints, but always packed with flavour, and produced with love from our Chef at Cortijo El Sarmiento.
Of course, our menu is complemented by our Wine List, which highlights regional wines from Almería, Andalusia, alongside an array of exquisite wines sourced from various regions across Spain.

Andalusian Tasting Night
Introducing our “Andalusian Tasting Night”, an occasion abundant with local delicacies paired with excellent wines sourced from nearby vineyards – all meticulously selected by our Sommelière, Yvonne.
This event is a tribute to Andalusia’s culinary marvels, offering a chance to savour the region’s highlights and the fantastic delicacies crafted here. We have a few personal favourites that are a must-try …
To ensure you sample a bit of everything – and there’s plenty to relish – our food offerings vary slightly each week. Additionally, we may spotlight local wines one week, Andalusian sherry another, or our fragrant, sun-kissed olive oils from Almería province.
This approach keeps things exciting, ensuring that guests staying longer always have something new to anticipate. Skipping any of these tastings is simply not an option! It’s a celebration of all the delightful offerings from Andalusia.
Share the Andalusian way: "Platos para compartir"
Once a week, we offer our “platos para compartir” – a typical Spanish dining tradition, translating to “plates for sharing”. Delight in local cheeses and cold cuts, warm crispy bread and much more.
Select your preferred dining time and enjoy your meal either by the pool or in the dining room. It’s an opportunity, for you, to enjoy a lovely dinner between the two of you.
On a side note
If you prefer, we’re delighted to organize wine or sherry tastings without the “foodie” program upon request. Don’t miss the opportunity to taste our fantastic olive oils – the liquid gold of Andalusia.
You can observe or even participate in our preparations for our tasting night. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like and learn all you want to know about Andalusian food and dishes.
On days when we don’t offer any food, we’re happy – as on any other day – to reserve a table for you at one of Mojácar’s excellent restaurants.
Please be aware that due to the nature of serving a single surprise dinner menu, we regret that we have limited opportunities to cater to guests with special dietary requirements. Additionally, please note that nuts, wheat, lactose, and other potential allergens are regularly used in our kitchen.
