The complex “Cantal Homes”, where your soon-to-be holiday home is located, was only completed in 2021. The result is something astounding: modern and functional features are waiting to make you feel at home. Light sweeps in from the large windows, creating a bright and friendly atmosphere. Equipped with an insulation unusual for Andalusia, the rooms remain pleasantly warm in winter and heavenly cool in summer. The perfect place to stay all year round!
Our tastefully decorated high-end “Beach Apartment” is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible.
The 70 sqm of living area offers plenty of space and comfort. Outside on the 28 sqm terrace, the cosy lounge corner allows for blissful snoozing under the Mediterranean sun. Or you can end the day lazily enjoying the mesmerising vista with a delicious glass of wine chilled to perfection in hand. And that all year round. Because: there’s no such thing as THE perfect travel time for your Spain holiday. The mild Andalusian climate makes every time of the year the perfect holiday season.

Your apartment in Mojacar has two bedrooms. In the main bedroom you can get out of the oh-so-comfortable luxury double bed, open the French window and step outside onto the terrace. The built-in wall cabinet and dresser offer plenty of space to store your clothes. The second bedroom has two single beds. Here, again, a built-in wardrobe and dresser provide ample space for stowing your belongings.
If you’re staying with family and friends, you’ll be delighted about the two bathrooms in the holiday rental, one being en-suite in the main bedroom. Both bathrooms are equipped to a high standard and modern. A set of towels, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your stay in Mojacar.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy the full panoply of your stay in self-catering accommodation. A Nespresso coffee machine including a small selection of coffee capsules as well as a kettle are waiting to make that invigorating first cup of coffee or tea in the morning. While your eggs are simmering on the induction hob for breakfast, the roasting aromas of your bread in the toaster, promising a heavenly crispy tostada, rises up and tickles your senses. In short, we’re confident that the kitchen caters for all your needs to make full use of a carefree holiday. Whether you want to give your drink the refreshing touch with ice cubes from the freezer or rustle up a 3-course meal. If something is missing, just ask us. We’ll leave it at that, but not without mentioning further culinary equipment provided for you: an oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, and blender. A washing machine with integrated dryer is also available 🙂 .
The living area has been lovingly furbished. A stone-hued comfy sofa, two beautifully adorned armchairs, plenty of cupboards for your belongings and a dining area for four people (just in case you prefer to stay in and eat indoors) create a homely vibe. And in the unlikely event of bad weather, you can curl up in front of the huge smart TV that can show more or less all channels in all languages.
The holiday rental has a sun-soaked terrace leading from the living room with stunning sea views. It has been perfectly curated for moments of tranquillity under the Mediterranean sun. The outdoor table seats six, offering ample space to enjoy alfresco dining with family and friends on balmy summer nights. If you’re not up for a day at the beach, but a lazy sunny day sounds so much more like it, just make yourself comfortable in the deck chair and shift into relaxation mode. A parasol provides welcome shade. If you fancy a refreshing dip in between, a swimming pool in the complex is open to guests of the holiday rental all year round.
Finally, your holiday home comes with a cellar room and offers a parking space in the underground car park for safe parking. In the basement room you’ll find everything for a perfect beach holiday: parasol, beach chairs, cool box and a sun lounger await to accompany you on your excursions to secluded bays. A lift helps you to carry “heavy things” 🙂 .

Also, you find bars and restaurants very close to your holiday home. And Mojacar is famous for its amazing beach bars. So make sure to try the Aku-Aku for the best Paella in town 😉
From the holiday rental, an easy walk takes you to a fabulous variety of bars and restaurants. You cannot but love Mojacar with its cobbled streets, beautiful shops and a huge variety of restaurants and bars in the middle of town. Not to forget the lively atmosphere in Mojacar Pueblo up in the Sierra Cabrera mountains – also in close proximity to the apartment. Always accompanied by amazing views of the sea. However, we would highly recommend going to a car rental, if you’re not travelling in your own car.

Q: When is the best time to travel?
A: This can be summed up in one word: ALWAYS!
Q: Can I book the holiday rental for a longer period?
A: Of course you can! Basically, we rent out the flat on a weekly basis during the summer months. All ancillary costs are included in the price. During the winter months, however, you can also rent the flat for 1–3 months (or by arrangement). However, the then significantly lower price does not include consumption costs.
Q: How do I get there?
A: The nearest airport is Almeria, and luckily, there are plenty of direct flights from the UK to Almería airport. The drive from there to Mojacar takes about an hour, but driving on Spanish motorways is much more relaxed than at home in England. There’s more information about that in this blog post of ours.
Q: Is this holiday rental pet-friendly?
A: Unfortunately, this is a pet-free property.
Q: At what age are children allowed?
A: The equipment is not (yet) suitable for small children, so we have agreed on a minimum age of 10 years.
