We have parking on-site, which is free of charge for our guests. It is totally fenced and secure!

Our general check-in hours are from 16.30h until 19.00h and check-out must take place until 11.00h.

Please note that if you #bookdirect on our website an early check-in as well as a late check-out are always possible! In that case please contact us at least 24 hours before arrival.

Yes, of course you can. Making others happy – or yourself – is always a great thing to do. Simply choose your favourite from the various vouchers. You can design the voucher yourself and print it immediately or send it by email. Very simple … and just perfect as a last-minute surprise 🙂

We are the proud owners of a top-quality heat pump. This guarantees a minimum temperature of 24°C all year round.

The best way to book a room is always directly on our website. We always guarantee the best price and many free perks such as:

  • unlimited high-speed internet access
  • Earlier check-in and/or later check-out (please let us know in advance)
  • Room upgrade (if available)
  • Sun chairs and umbrella for your beach day

We have a very cosy SPA with a sauna and a huge shower with all kinds of gimmicks. In the same area, we also offer our various massages, facials and other wellness treatments.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you’ll get helpful information for your stay, great insider tips from the area and sometimes fantastic discounts.

All our rooms have air conditioning. If you are planning to stay with us in winter, it might also be good to know that we have central heating in all rooms, as it can get quite chilly and damp at night. Our central heating, as well as the fireplace in the dining and lounge area, will keep you comfortable even on cooler days.

Our breakfast time is from 09.00h until 10.30h.

If you have an early flight home or are planning an excursion, we will of course prepare a breakfast for you. We don’t want you to leave our house hungry 🙂 .

Well, you don’t necessarily need a car. There are taxis and shuttle buses from Almeria airport. BUT from any other airport, this can be more expensive than taking a rental car. Please also bear in mind that we are on the outskirts of Mojacar. So if you want to enjoy the beaches, bars, chiringuitos and restaurants of the area, you will be dependent on a car. And when we talk about trips to Almeria, the desert, the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, you have no chance of seeing all this without a car.

To sum it up, no, you don’t necessarily need a rental car … but a stay in our area is much better WITH it.

For hygienic reasons, we decided not to offer a hot tub.

Please note that we do not allow pets in our Bed and Breakfast. This is not because we don’t like pets – in fact, the opposite is true. But we want everyone to enjoy their dream holiday, including people who are allergic to pet hair or have asthma. We thank you for your understanding!

There is free and very fast WiFi available on the entire premises.

Wow, that’s a question that’s impossible to answer in this brief FAQ section. There are just too many things to do here! You can find most of them on our surroundings and activities pages and on our blog.

… and of course, we always have the right suggestion on site. It certainly won’t be boring.

Yes, we live on-site and are always there for you if you need us. When you arrive, you will receive our mobile phone numbers and you can always call us if you need us.

In the “Garden Suites”, we have wide and barrier-free entrance doors, as well as plenty of space in the room and bathroom. The car park is just around the corner and the path up to the pool terrace and dining/dining area has no stairs.

We have done all this to make it easier for disabled people to stay with us.

But please bear in mind that our house is on a mountain. All other rooms are only accessible by stairs and there is always a bit of up and down 🙂 .

If you have a “slight” mobility impairment, this will certainly not be a problem – but unfortunately, 100% access for wheelchair users is not possible.

If you are unsure, you can always contact us by email. We are also happy to arrange an appointment and show you the conditions on-site via video chat.

We do not have a “public” restaurant on site for the simple reason that we want to protect your privacy and the tranquillity of the place.

We do offer a lunch snack for our guests on request.

In the evening we offer a 3-course menu twice a week and once a week a wine tasting including delicious Andalusian food. On two other evenings, we serve our so-called shared-platters with lots of little delicacies and nibbles. And on the evenings when nothing is served at the Cortijo, we have many restaurants nearby and we will share our best secrets with you. The driving time is between 3min – 10min.

Yes, we have plenty to choose from for every occasion, taste and price range. Whether it’s a delicious paella on the beach, a tapa with a beer in a traditional bar, just a quick pizza or a fancy tasting menu for your wedding anniversary …

Lots of restaurants are close by with a drive time of between 5 and 10 minutes and once you’ve done them all, we’ve got even more ideas.

We’ll be sure to share our best insider tips with you and book you a table and a taxi if you wish.

Our extensive breakfast is always included in our prices. We see ourselves as a Bed & Breakfast and therefore do not offer a bed without breakfast 😉 .

All other meals and drinks booked on site will be charged at the end of your stay. This does not include meals and drinks that you have booked in advance in one of our packages.

No, drinks and snacks from the HONESTYBAR are not included in the price. A detailed price list is available in the rooms as well as in the Honesty Bar area. Everything will be charged together at the end of your stay.

We offer a HONESTYBAR with many different drinks, snacks, ice cubes, lemon and orange slices for your drinks. A wine cabinet with wines and Cava is also available. We have also thought of wine coolers, of course.

You can take everything just as if you were at home and the prices are reasonable. We are also always prepared to meet special requests. Five times a week we offer lunch and dinner.

Unfortunately, we do not allow you to bring along drinks or food. On the one hand, this is for hygienic reasons, but on the other hand, I don’t like the idea of cleaning up the dishes and the waste from things where somebody else made a profit on. Live and let live is our motto towards others and we also wish it for ourselves.

In our rooms, there is no equipment to iron-press your wardrobe.

All your clothes can be handed over in the morning for washing and/or iron-pressing, and we will hand them over to our external laundry service. From there, we can pick it up for you the next day.
